TEF proprietary sensing platform enables the identification, detection, and quantification of compounds in fluids by generating a distinctive matrix of data, the so-called DNAs of compounds, which is captured and analyzed by an AI-driven processor. Our cutting-edge sensing platform integrates the optical sensing (the spectral DNA) and the responses from semiconductor thin films (the electrochemical DNA).

This unique string of data, the so called Opto-electro-Chemical DNA, carries the optical and electrochemical characteristics of any given compound and enables the most sensitive and precise detection and measurements technology that addresses the limitation of the existing sensing methods. Our powerful sensing technology enables the detection, measurement, and real-time monitoring of wide range of compounds at any given concentration.

Our sensing platform are offered as stand-alone real-time monitoring devices and can be readily integrated into existing distributed control systems.

Electrochemical Sensing via Semiconductor Thin Films

Sensing utilizing semiconductors operates on the principle that the electrical conductivity of certain semiconductor materials changes when exposed to specific compounds. This change occurs due to the adsorption and desorption of gas molecules on the semiconductor surface, altering its electronic properties and generating a unique change in semiconductors film conductivity, relevant to the electrochemical footprint of the compounds.
